The Position

We are seeking a Account Payable Accountant to join our team. This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career and be part of a fast growing, international company。
Day to day responsibilities

• Recording all invoices in AP breakdown which received by email or other ways
• Responsible for processing HSBC /Transfer Wise/vision Italy payments by weekly.
• Invoice cut-off time checking(mainly for Supplier invoice) by monthly
• Prepare inventory report by monthly
• Recording admin invoice in finance system
• Reconcile vision Italy bank transactions by monthly
• Double check Supplier/MKT/courier invoice record in finance system by monthly.
• Checking account details report by monthly
• Other tasks from line Manager.

Mandatory experience, technical and soft skills *

• Major in accounting with 1-2 years’ experience preferred
• Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines
• Have a positive attitude with genuine desire to learn and build a successful career
• Be very accurate, thorough and responsible
• Have excellent time management & documentation skills
• Good English language skills preferred.
