PRIMARY FUNCTION Eaton Corporation’s Industrial Control Division, (ICD) has an opening for a Accountant located in Juarez, Mexico. Responsible for general accounting associated with the ICD-Frontera ledger. Manage product line marketing, new product development, division administration and general facility budgeting. Perform the lead role for fixed asset accounting, capital account payables, and accounts receivables. Reports to Lead Analyst. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Some activities related with the position will be: Invoices payments follow up Assign priorities of invoices Digitization of invoices. Running AP reports Invoice capture with purchase order. Attend audits Data entry purchasing order Close month activities Follow up urgent payments Performs analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet and miscellaneous P&L accounts on a monthly basis. Reviews and resolves variances. Assists in the monthly rolling forecast process. Provides required financial reporting and analysis to budget owners and assists them in meeting profitability commitments. Leads the annual profit plan process and develops supporting budgets. Recommends, develops and implements department process improvements. Fixed asset accounting Capital Account Payable and account receivable. #LI-SL4 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Requires a BS Degree 3 years’ experience Working knowledge of accounting and finance High computer skills and communication abilities Proficient in MS Office toolset MAPICS / VISTA business system experience.
