Job Description

Job Description:

  • Maintain client relationship and perform AR collection activities including client visits to collect cheques
  • Attend AR reviews, highlight status and result.
  • Identify disputes and collaborate with internal teams to drive dispute resolution
  • Perform AR forecasting and reporting. Perform analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Be the focal point to highlight risky collection items to management
  • Collaborate with sales teams for AR management and promote AR programs for target achievement.
  • Strictly follow defined AR processes & support process alignment, enhancement and business control.Support closing and make sure all balances are completed by deadline.
  • Provide administrative support including scanning, data input and filing.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Around 2-3 years working experience preferred. Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
  • Good English language skills both written and verbal
  • Strong ownership and passionate for work
  • Able to work under pressure.
