General Insurance Executive

Responsibilities:

• The role holder is overall responsible for implementing the General Insurance and achieving their regional sales and income targets. This is achieved by developing a proactive team sales culture and providing leadership, coaching, guidance and commercial expertise to a team of Sales Managers with area teams.

• He / she will manage the complex direct and matrix management relationships within the region to implement the strategy and will be fully accountable for compliance, sales quality, training as well as the competency scheme for the regulated sales force under his / her control.

• Lead delivery execution of the regional plan across client streams to drive revenue growth.

• Develop and implement the team’s strategy and ensure growth in this segment and delivery of associated returns

• Maintain awareness of the applicable regulatory and business environment – understand audit, tax and legal implications and changes as they affect customers
  

• Effectively manage direct and allocated indirect expenses based on the agreed budget.

Requirements:

• Sales experience as required 
• General insurance sales experience in insurance agents or brokers is preferred
• Hong Kong Insurance Institute qualification is required. ( Paper 1,2)
• Strong interpersonal, sales and communication skill.  Good Personal computer skills
• Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. 

Marketing officer (FT/PT)

Responsibilities:

• Contact businesses by telephone/Email/ in order to solicit sales for services
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be meet by specific services
• 5days work for Full Time staff / Flexible schedule for Part time staff
