Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. As part of a team, contacts/visits existing and/or prospective customers. 
  2. Assists in customer demonstrations with product business group representatives
  3. Assists in preparing product pricing quotes and documentation needed to book an order
  4. May assist in follow-up on accounts receivables
  5. Maintains appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers.  Maintains summaries of customer visits. Assists in developing customer specific action plans and completes them on a timely basis.

  • Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline

  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience

  • No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution
