Job Description

  • Lead our partner strategy including engaging with a broad set of channel partners ranging from existing Intel partners to developing a new set of partners that accelerate Intel’s data centric growth
  • Ability to lead a highly motivated & diverse team of field sales engineers (FSE) across multiple countries & cultures with strong stakeholder management to cover multiple regional & global stakeholders
  • Own overall accounts engagement strategy addressing a mix of mature and emerging channel markets, identifying, and developing current & new accounts for data centric growth opportunities
  • Drive internal (Inside Sales Team) & external (outside sales team) team collaboration to deliver impactful sales programs to our managed channel accounts
  • Maximize KPI for the territory by creating synergy with peers from the Distributor Management team, Business Consumption Team, Partner Sales Account Manager team and Retail Sales team
  • As a manager, set sales target and priorities for the team of FSEs and FAEs, get results across boundaries by mentoring and connecting them to subject matter experts, ensure an inclusive work environment, coach, develop and manage employee performance
  • Role model, coach and drive the team to deliver and exceed sales quotas with a focus on billings, design wins and co-sell revenue across multiple business units (Client Computing, Data Center &AI, and Networking & Connectivity)
  • Drive sales pipeline management via regular pipeline reviews
  • Must have the ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities and customer needs
  • Looking for a passionate individual that leads as a positive change agent and a strong role model of Intel cultural and value elements
  • Result orientation – pays attention to details, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of inputs into actionable elements for Intel that drive focus and result orientation across the organization      
  • This is a commissioned sales position


Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Technology related fields
  • 10+ years of sales and revenue management especially in channel business or distribution
  • Experience of client computing business with understanding of the broad PC client ecosystem
  • Experience of Internet of Things business including the ecosystem of ODMs, OEMs, SIs & ISVs
  • Understanding of distribution and channel business with experience managing sales teams in South East Asia markets will be preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Frequent international travel will be required (up to on average 40% of time)
  • Preference to candidates located in growth and emerging countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines)
  • Well-versed in salesforce.com report and dashboard creation and tracking
