The Opportunity The recently announced European Chips Act is designed to address semiconductor shortages and strengthen Europe’s technological leadership and will invest more than €43 billion of public and private investments. The aim of this role is to enable the Siemens Digital Industries Software Electronic Design Automation business (SEDA) to become an active participant within the EU Chips Act community, gaining early visibility and having influence on where the Chips Act investments are made. The ideal candidate will have the necessary relationship building skills to create an effective network across the governmental and electronics community. They will have a strong commercial background, technical knowledge to collaborate with the SEDA technical team and sufficient experience to effectively hand off opportunities to the SEDA sales teams across Europe. This role will report directly to the EMEA VP of Sales.
