The Account and Business Manager will work together with entire Eaton Sales & Engineering teams to drive maximum penetration of Eaton products cross OEM’s & Tiers. In addition this position is responsible for managing all customer programs that revolve around pricing, revenue growth, profitability, design, and customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities: Design and implement a comprehensive strategy/roadmap to deploy grow sales while ensuring regular collection of accurate data and communicate the regional strategy through all levels of the organization. Facilitate & maximize sales, negotiations and customer satisfaction of key strategic accounts, working closely with Royal team in order to leverage and satisfy customers needs Leverage trend and market analysis to get ahead of the competition Lead relationship development to establish improved customer experience, commercial engagement and overall business development Provide input into the description, qualification, and recommendations of growth opportunities for new product and systems. Assist in the formulation, execution, and evaluation of a technology strategy to meet customer needs and product strategies. Manage cost reduction programs to support customer cost reduction initiatives while maintaining internal profitability targets. Assist with the resolution of all open DSO issues at responsible customer base. Support all Eaton Business System tasks assigned to the Sales and Marketing function (including PROLaunch, EBEA, TS, etc.) Build customer-supplier relationships through daily interface with customer, operations, and engineering. Contribute to the development of pricing and commercial terms and conditions Ensure that customer requirements are addressed and communicated to the customer including inquiries, contracts or order handling, including amendments. Gain understanding of customer needs / wants and competitive landscape and purposes customer specific strategies to senior management. Originate, develop, and facilitate training at customer locations (if applicable) Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: BS/MS degree in Elecrical Engineering or other approved discipline. Fluent English and German Ability and willingness to travel as required 6-7 years of sales experience in Automotive industry Financial Skills: P&L, Cost estimating, Pricing Market and Customer Knowledge OEM: Processes, Systems, People and Locations Value Proposition Design & Communication IT skills: CAD, Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook daily – Must have strong understanding Strong Product knowledge on terminals&connectors Vehicle Architecture, Platform Launch Timing, Tooling development, Knowledge of Manufacturing and Testing Knowledge of PLEX and HIS Drive for results, priority setting, time management and communication/negotiation #LI-AR2 What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
