Responsibility:
1. New business development in molding and stamping, develop new customers in automotive and medical industry independently, preferred if stronger in Medical Equipment Industry. New Business development means: Identify appropriate potential customers; Contact decision makers inside customers; Establish technical contact between customer and KeyTec; Manage quotation process; Manage Order Acceptance process; Follow up as Key Account manager.
2. Build up and maintain customer relationship, regularly communicate with customers on new project status and organize internal meeting based on customers’ feedback
3. Support sales department to achieve annual target and responsible for AR collecting
4. Support quality departments to handle quality issues and customer complaints
5. Customers and marketing information collecting and analyzing
6. Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering
2. More than 8 years working experience, 3-5 years relevant experience
3. Good English reading, writing and speaking skills
4. With strong sense of responsibility and work proactively
5. Strong team consciousness, good communication skills and actively cross department coordination
6. With professional negotiation skills and rich experience in business negotiation and contract management
7. Be familiar with molding or stamping technology, technical background in automotive or medical industry is preferred
8. Be familiar with East China molding or stamping customers, having customer resources is preferred
9. Structural working style (planning & reporting & follow up).
