Drive Profitable Business Line Automotive Tier 1 (BL AutoTier1) Sales Growth at the Key Account; grow ABB Group Sales as a second step.
Develop, implement and manage Account strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems

Your responsibilities

  • Leading a capture team (with proposal, testing and project manager) of Account Managers, for driving profitable growth, establishing Roadmaps per offering (Robots, Robots Accessories, Function Packages, Robot Cells, Full Turn-key Solutions.
  • Developing a Player Map and implementing a program to connect the Key Account and ABB RA AutoTier1 executives on a regular basis in order to further develop business and relationships.
  • Being the local face towards the Key Account with the principle account “decision makers” at both the executive office and principle factory locations.
  • Must have KPI’s/Metrics like orders Received, Account NPS (Net Promoter Score, customer satisfaction), Sales Force Pipeline growth, Share of Wallet (CapEx/Opex) and Growth YoY.
  • Leading a virtual Capture Team with no direct reports, engaging with different organizations for achieving results, establishing and driving an account strategy.

Your background

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of commercial experience in Key Account Management roles for accounts, strong preference will be given to candidates with first-hand knowledge of robotics automation in Automotive Suppliers Manufacturing environment and with a network of contacts with the customer.
  • Seasoned commercial campaigner in dealing with complex decision-making units (DMU’s) within large global customer organisations required.
  • Strong international background and experience with customers including sales, problem resolution, negotiation skills, and relationship building.
  • Must have required knowledge of different application of market: welding/painting/plastic etc and being able to interact and influence at all levels in the Customer’s ABB’s organization.
  • Networking, leadership, communication, structured approach, negotiation skills, strong business acumen and nice personality
  • Willingness to travel extensively up to 50% during duty.
  • Must have Mandarin Chinese/English speaking ability.
