1. China attestation and notary public works

2. Non-contentious commercial matters:- corporate finance, listing rules compliance, IPO, mergers & acquisitions, company law related matters, cross-boarder transactions

3. Contentious commercial litigation and arbitration

 

Requirements:

- Full set of Account

- basic computer knowledge is required; experience in Libra is preferred

- F.5 (HKCEE)/ F.6 (HKDSE) or above;- 5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language is an advantage;

-- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

-- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

-- Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word-processing ;

-- Accounting LCC3 or above is required

-- Must have at least 3 years working experience; law firm experience is preferred

-- Diligence, efficiency, and good working attitude

-- Ability to work independently with the key accounts of the Company

-- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
