Play a key role in finance and accounting functions for a portfolio of companies

Prepare financial reports for management's and shareholders' review

Prepare budgets and forecasts for the companies

?Perform financial analysis of business units and prepare cost reports for development projects

?Establish and implement financial policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures

Implement accounting system and internal control processes

Liaise with external auditors on audit/accounting issues as well as ensure that the company meets and complies with all accounting, tax, legislative and regulative requirements

Liaise with bankers on treasury related matters and tax consultants on tax issues

Liaise with local authorities on taxation, annual examination and related matter

任职要求：

Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA or its equivalent

At least 5 years' relevant experience in multi-national company

Knowledge of PRC and International Accounting Standards

Good command of verbal and written English

Good computer skills as well as strong analytical and communication skills
