Main Tasks

• Be responsible for the accuracy and timeline of daily bookkeeping and to ensure, that the monthly closing is performed smoothly
• Be responsible for the accruacy and the timeline for all internal and external reports based on PRC and Swiss GAAP
• Be responsible for accuracy and timely of VAT invoice managment, tax declaration and relevant reports
• Be responsible for the implemenataion of finanical policies and procedures and support optimizations
• Be responsible for internal financial controls, including monitoring and checking of daily book balance for all ledges and TP and reconciling the balances to the General Ledger
• Be responsible for accruacy and timeline for accrual and amortization on monthly basis
• Be responsible for COGNOS and other relevant reports
• Be responsible for IC reconciliation according to Group’s requirements and compete monthly reconciliaton with OEMs' accountants
• Support for internal and external audits and government examations.
• Support FA/IA bookkeeping and physical mangement
• Support cash flow management
• Support Budget and forecast relevant works
• Support financial process and internal rules' setup, implementaton and optimization
• Support legaly accepted and correct Archiving.
• Complete other tasks requried by the finance head

Requirement

• College degree or above; major in accounting / commercial/economics will be preferred

- 3 - 5 years or above relevant experience in foreigh invested companies

• Middle level accounting certificate will be preferred
• Willingness to take responsibilities
• Work independently under pressure
• Team work and result oriented
