Job Title: Accountant, Account Payable

Location: Shanghai

The Challenge:

• SAP knowledge and communication skills

The Position:

• Operate daily vendor invoice processing and verification for DEPJ, make sure all tasks are executed according to standard operating procedure and free of mistakes;
• Prepare payment proposal and make sure all invoices are timely paid with free of mistakes
• Tidy and clean up long overdue AP/GL items; perform house-keeping on AP/GL open items monthly;
• Prepare and issue debit note for expenditure passed-on items in DCL to inter companies every month, make sure all items are timely charged out without mistakes.
• Other miscellaneous tasks assigned

The Ideal:

• Knowledge in accounting
• Bachelor’s degree
• Solid SAP knowledge will be a plus
