Job Description
SUMMARY
The position is mainly responsible for expenses reimbursement review and ensure compliance with ANSYS T&E policy, applicable tax law and other regulations. He/she is also responsible to handle industrial and commercial annual inspection and statistics reports for China entities except CN APACHE CD. This person is assist with daily cash expenditure and bank transactions of most China entities such as CN ANSYS/CN APACHE SH&BJ. He/she is a liaison with tax bureau, business registration, tax agent and bank. All work is completed within the Shanghai office without travel obligations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and process T&E disbursements and ensure the compliance of the Company Polices and tax rules
- Assist to arrange daily cash expenditure and bank transactions
- Assist to issue and validate VAT invoice
- Liaise with tax bureau, business registration, tax agent and bank
- Support monthly closing and year end audit
- To handle industrial and commercial annual inspection and statistics reports for China entities
- Other tasks as assigned, such as assist on monthly accounting vouchers binding, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
- Minimal 4-5 years accounting working experience in an accounting department
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively
- Integrity, self-confidence, self-motivated and initiative
- Capability in English reading, listening, writing and speaking
- Ability of logical thinking
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and an accounting package such as Oracle/Concur is a plus
- Prior accounting experience with a software company is a plus
