Job Description
Duties will include:
- General Book Keeping and filing
- Client invoicing
- Placing Purchase Orders
- Bill payments
- Pay roll
- Preparing Expense Reports
- General translation, office assistance & administrative duties when required

To be successful in this role you must:
- be local Chinese or hold Hong Kong ID card
- have experience with accounting, book keeping, tax auditing and planning for both mainland China and Hong Kong companies
- have a comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office (most importantly Excel, Word)
- have the ability to work as a team or individually
- be able to manage priorities and multi task efficiently
- have good time management and organisation skills
- pay attention to details without reducing productivity
- have experience in  human resources and pay roll


It is advantageous to have:
- experience with MYOB or Xero accounting software
- experience with Mac platform
- experience with an ERP system
