JD Descriptions:

• Assist controller to drive efficient process for intercompany foreign transactions, coordinate with sourcing and logistic team to make good tracking in all original documentations
• Assist controller to conduct business T&E audit and variance analysis, work with Genpact T&L team closely and set up periodic review with CFO and PL finance.
• Work with supply chain finance team annual physical inventory and report out to CFO and functional leaders
• Assist controller to utilize COA (Chart of Account) and cost center in NPNP workflow
• Assist controller to follow up aged items for deposit, down-payment and accrual expenditure
• Assist finance to review good receiving and invoice accrual process, make sure all expenditure be in appropriate period.
• Coordinate with Deloitte Tax for copy tax or other non-trade tax filling.
• Coordinate with Deloitte STAT and EY for annual Audit or special tax audit in plant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• +5 years of directly related accounting/finance experience and CPA is preferred.
• Fluent in English both with oral and written.
• Knowledge in SAP is preferred
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Proactive、willing to learn and meet challenge
