Responsibilities:
Ensure relevant supporting documents of daily transactions are completed and have been verified for the Financial Controller and General manager’s review and approval.

Check all payment vouchers, cheques and related documents before sending to Financial Controller for approval

Prepare the monthly financial reports, quarterly reports, interim and annual consolidation package

Assist the Financial Controller in enforcing the hotel operating and accounting system, internal control etc such that the asset and the revenue of the hotel are under effective control

Assist the Financial Controller in compiling departmental budgets, forecasts and business plans.

Assist Management to analyze costs and control expenditure.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
Diploma holder of relevant studies

Self-motivated, accurate, precise and patient

Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Professional membership will be an advantage

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant)
