• Take over CIO (Customer Incentive Offering) Program, work closely with pricing and rebate payment team to deliver accurate result timely;
• Support lease accelerator work transit from US team. Monitor and provide hyper care for entities using the lease accelerator tool;
• Assist walkthrough with sites to review current internal control to ensure compliance with US GAAP and local policies;
• On an ongoing basis, monitor and assess the execution of walkthrough and support the development of new control mechanisms to address compliance risks;
• Coordinate with external auditors through the review process and validation test;
• Assist Revenue Accounting Manager and Director with ad hoc tasks as assigned;
• Work closely with different functional teams and business process owners to support business and simplify process.

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with 5 or more years of relevant experience in multinational company or Big-4;
• The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment;
• An excellent written and verbal communication skill in English is a must;
• Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people as a team member;
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, as well to multi-task and meet deadlines;
• Outstanding performer and obtain recognition in current jobs;
• Familiar with SAP or similar ERP system.
