Job Description
Inbound:
Outbound:
- answer calls/ call out professionally
- respond to employee inquiries efficiently
- research required information using available resources, (push) update of necessary resources
- handle, follow up and resolve employee complaints
- provide employee with Finance related information
- identify and escalate priority issues
- route calls to appropriate resource
- follow up customer calls where necessary
- complete call logs within timeline
- produce call reports
Outbound:
- process surveys through telephone interview
- deliver prepared Finance communication material
- collect employee feedback
- follow up on initial contacts
基本资格要求
- Good communication skills
- proficient in relevant computer applications
- knowledge of Finance policies, process and operations
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong cross-functional co-ordination ability
- Understanding of business
- Good learning ability
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and dedication
- Teamwork spirit
- Patient and detail thinking
- Able to work under pressure
- Behave in a professional and ethical manner
- University Graduate or above
