Responsibilities: 

• Assist to conduct due diligence review on potential investments and merger & acquisition, fund-raising and group restructuring projects
• Handle daily accounting operation and cash flow management
• Monitor the financial and business performance of the investments projects and prepare company reports
• Other ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years' experience in accounting functions with a minimum of one year's experience in auditing
• Semi-qualified member of a professional accounting body
• Degree holder (major in Accounting or business related field preferred)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in the use of computer and software applications
• Be meticulous and able to work in a fast-pace, dynamic environment with good analytical, communication and report-writing skills
