Job Summary & Dimensions

Thoroughly understand the Hong Kong operation for costing and inventory related and being the owner of A/R cycle for South East Asia customers. Complete the month end and prepare various monthly result reports independently. Assist on budget, annual audit and tax computation. In addition, take up and support on satellite’s accounts

Job Accountabilities

• Responsible for inventory and costing related including cost rolls, COS report, freight analysis, scorecard meeting etc.
• Responsible for A/R cycle for South East Asia customers and other group customers.
• Responsible for all month end T-code, CPT analysis etc.
• Assist on annual assignment including budget, facility planning, audit etc.
• Take up and support on satellite's accounts.
• Ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in accountancy or above.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in multinational corporation.
• Experience in SAP system. (preferred)
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Good PC skills.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadline and multi-task.
