CAPEX Control

• Well organize the CAPEX info – Contract/MER
• Budget/MER and details items control item by item – Incl. completed, to complete and total forecast
• Regularly review with related project team
• Regular reconciliation of physical asset to fixed asset register
• Review of depreciation, useful life with the business operations
• Ensure all capital purchases are supported by approved MER
• Review of actual cost versus approved MER

BOM AP payment & Supplier Info control

• Make sure the supplier payment info is aligned with Fin standard information kept
• Make sure the payment process control is in line with internal control process
• Suppliers info maintain to be in line with internal control
• Monthly meeting with SC team on GRNI and prepayment review
• 3 matches in Sys

Tax Control

• VAT monthly report analysis and declaration
• Sur-tax monthly report analysis and declaration
• Quarterly and yearly CIT tax analysis and declaration
• Split by PML and Motor
• Key contact on tax issues

Reports and others

• Report on tax related
• CAPEX control report
• Balance sheet analysis

Qualifications

• Over 3 years working experience in foreign manufacturing company
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, Economics, and Commerce similar
• Formal accounting qualification (CA, CPA or PRC equivalent) preferred but not a must
• Good understanding of finance and computer systems
• Sound knowledge and understanding of manufacturing business operations
• Strong accounting, financial and analytical skills
• ERP systems accounting knowledge
• Able to develop and apply the right commercial and financial solutions
• Broad understanding of China taxation and regulatory issues
