Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts including preparation of management reports and consolidated accounting schedules
• Handle general ledger accounting entries, month end closing
• Handle vouchers and cheques, banking activities
• Prepare the budget and cash flow
• Co-ordinate in annual audit and tax computation
• Perform all required data entry functions
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as requested by management from time to time
• Outdoor banking transaction is occasionally required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in accounting or equivalent
• At least 2-4 years’ working experience in Accounting or related disciplines
• Good analytical mind, interpersonal skills, attention to details, proactive and flexible
• Proficient with Excel, Word and knowledge of accounting software
• Be an independent and able to handle the multiple tasks
• Less Experience will be considered as Asst. Accountant
