Accountant

Responsibilities:

This role will be a critical hire to manage a small team and report to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for the consolidation and analysis of financial and business results on a quarterly basis and delivery of full management reports. This role will encompass work on developing analysis and execution of ad hoc projects within tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• An Accountancy or Finance Degree or CPA/CIMA or similar qualification;
• More than three years of experience in a similar position;
• Good understanding of ERP and different kinds of accountancy software;
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese will be essential, along with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Occasional travel to China is required;
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and
• Candidates with lesser qualifications will be considered for the role as Assistant Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of books and accounting functions;
• Prepare budget, forecasts and cash flows;
• Handle shipping and administrative works;
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports; and
• Monitor books, records and accounting workflows of China operations.

Accounts Clerk / Part time

Requirements:

• Form five graduated or above;
• Diploma / LCC Higher or above;
• Shipping documents knowledge is preferred;
• Minimum three years of accounting working experience;
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office, Excel & Chinese word processing;
• Independent, responsible and attention to detail;
• Immediate availability is preferred; and
• Applicants with higher qualifications and/or more experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Accountant
