Responsibilities:

• Handle vouchers and cheques, banking activities
• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Handle general ledger accounting entries, month end closing including preparation of accounting schedule
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and other required reports
• Perform all required data entry functions
• Outdoor banking transaction is occasionally required
• Co-ordinate and participate in annual audit and tax computation
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as requested by management from time to time
• Knowledge in Bank Facilities

Job Requirements :

• Diploma holder in accounting or equivalent
• At least 2-4 years' working experience in Accounting or related disciplines
• Proficient with Excel, Word and knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBook)
• Able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills, well organized, detailed oriented as well as a good team player
• Less Experience will be considered as Asst. Accountant
