Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the team of revenue management and daily operation of Shroff Office and revenue management, including fees collection, refund handling, debt recovery, reconciliation processing and enquiries on revenue collection;
- Perform internal control, risk management and efficiency initiatives of the finance function;
- Coordinate direct billing issues and insurance related matters;
- Perform month-end closing and handle auditing matters;
- Perform revenue interface reconciliation from billing system to GL;
- Assist in developing internal procedures and guidelines related to operation; and
- Participate in system implementation & interface and continue enhancement projects or other ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
- Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline gained from recognised professional bodies is preferred
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in auditing and/ or accounting
- Experience in hospital/ insurance field is preferred
- Team player with good problems solving and coordination skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Accounting Officer
