Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the group consolidation, audited accounts, group interim and annual financial statements
• Responsible for full set accounts of HK subsidiaries and holding company
• Coordinate with PRC finance team in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financials, forecasts and budget if necessary
• In charge of company secretary tasks for listed company (holding) and all HK subsidiaries
• Responsible for HR and administrative matters of HK subsidiaries and holding company
• Assist in ad hoc assignments when needed

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• HKICPA qualification is a MUST
• Consolidation experience is a MUST
• Excellent skills in Excel preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills
• Excellent Mandarin spoken skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is an advantage
