We are now looking for a talented Accountant to be part of our dynamic team.  Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following: . 

• Compiling full-set of accounts, financial and management reports, tax, quarterly forecasts and budgets
• Handling month end closing process, preparation of financial statements and group consolidation 
• Assisting in performing variance analysis and commentary
• Liaising with Finance and Management Offices on management reporting and analysis
• Supervising day-to-day running of the property portfolio and coaching subordinates
• Performing other ad-hoc projects

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Member of recognized professional accountancy bodies
• At least 5 years of experience in management reporting and analysis in property development industry or MNC regional office, preferably with big four experience
• Familiar with the latest HK financial reporting standards and tax regulations
• Independent, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and computerized accounting systems, experience in JDE & HFM is an advantage
