•Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with CPA qualification
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in audit / commercial accounting, preferably from property / estate management, or arts / culture sectors with multi-national exposure
•Experience in management accounting with knowledge in variance analysis
•A good team player, independent, self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and willing to work overtime
•Good planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
•Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
•1 year contract
•Immediate available is preferred

•Assist Finance Manager in managing all aspects of the financial and accounting functions
•Handle full set of accounts, monthly financial statements with variance analysis, reports and schedules for management review
•Assist in formulating cross-department cost allocation mechanism
•Review and monitor capital and operating expenditure against budget to support business intelligence for forward strategies planning
•Review and develop effective financial and accounting policies and control procedures to improve operational efficiency
•Assist in annual audit and internal control review, and any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
