Job duties

Job duties of Accountant

• Support monthly-end closing and prepare financial analysis
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and follow up outstanding
• Review and coach share service centre
• Monitor working capital, including AR and inter-co balances 
• Liaise with external parties for audit, tax and bank related matters
• Draft audit reports and tax computation
• Engage in financial forecast and annual budget process
• Strengthen controlling and streamline workflow
• Assist in Treasury functions
• Handle ad hoc assignments, projects and process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance areas
• At least 3 years working experience
• Audit experience is preferable
• Prefer having MNC background

Qualification

• Student member of Professional Accounting Board

Skills & others

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in using Microsoft Dynamic AX will be an advantage
• Strong sense in controlling and reporting
• Collaborate and work as a team
• Hands-on and can-do attitude

Language

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
