This role will be working closely with Market Development Team and Finance Manager to optimize DSO and cash efficiency. Servicing markets include Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, Taiwan, and Malaysia. • Credit & Collection

  • Daily AR transactions
  • B2B
  • Monthly finance charge program
  • AR statement
  • Perform month end closing activities

• Cash management

  • Post AP payments in oracle
  • Post AR receipts in oracle
  • Proceed deposit, withdrawal and transfer on ad-hoc basis
  • Monthly reconciliation to bank statement
  • Monthly cash forecast

• Ad hoc

  • Maintain intercompany price list and overheads in oracle
  • Assist with year-end audit requests
  • Performs other ad hoc projects as assigned
  
  

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Experienced with Oracle system
• 2+ years of finance or accounting related experience.
• Strong desire to work in a multi-cultural team environment
• Fair in English (written and spoken).
• Strong Excel skills. Ability to analyze data and reports results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of tax regulations is plus.
• Experiences in multi-national company is plus.
• Passion for cycling or outdoor sports is plus.
