The intern will:

• Work with the Accounting Operations team to learn the BMW Procure to Pay process, find efficiencies, support projects and drive innovations.
• Be provided an environment of learning and training within the Accounting department that fosters growth and experience for the selected candidate while simultaneously assisting the company to achieve internal goals, targets, and KPIs.

The qualified intern should expect to contribute and improve in the following functions:

• Support business departments in the entry, review, and analysis of financial data in the SAP system.
• Support the business departments on any related projects.
• Vendor eInvoice portal implementation.
• Identification of “Big Data” opportunities including cost-benefit-analysis.

• Finance/Economics/Business/Accounting degrees preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate to multiple levels of management.
• Familiarity of Microsoft Products including Excel and Powerpoint.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
• Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week).
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. 
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term. 
• THE WORK TERM DATES ARE (01/03/2022-05/06/2022).
