Job Description

FITCH is looking for an Accounting Assistant who will help with financial operations and accounting of the company.  

 

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the billing transactions are recorded properly, accurately and in compliance with all policies and procedure
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure Group reporting requirements are met
  • Perform general accounting duties including data entry and filing
  • Handle reimbursement of staff claims and payment request
  • Assist in month-end closing
  • Provide general administration support of finance department
  • Other ad hoc request from finance manager

 

 Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting/advertising environment
  • Diploma in accounting or related discipline, with LCCI intermediate or above
  • Good command in English and Mandarin
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work with different stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive,responsible, able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Short notice and immediate available is a definite advantage
