Job Description
FITCH is looking for an Accounting Assistant who will help with financial operations and accounting of the company.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the billing transactions are recorded properly, accurately and in compliance with all policies and procedure
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure Group reporting requirements are met
- Perform general accounting duties including data entry and filing
- Handle reimbursement of staff claims and payment request
- Assist in month-end closing
- Provide general administration support of finance department
- Other ad hoc request from finance manager
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting/advertising environment
- Diploma in accounting or related discipline, with LCCI intermediate or above
- Good command in English and Mandarin
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work with different stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive,responsible, able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Short notice and immediate available is a definite advantage
