会计助理 Accounting Assistant

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the supervisor to complete routine business tasks and assist in the processing of accounts;

2. Apply for bills, purchase invoices, prepare and submit accounting statements, and assist in the filing of tax returns;

3. Cash and bank receipt and payment processing, production of accounting vouchers, bank reconciliation, document review, issue and custody of invoices;

4. Assist in the preparation, filing and storage of accounting documents;

5. Responsible for external liaison with banks, tax authorities, etc.

6. Support to Finance manager doing all kinds of accounting work.

Requirements:

1. Finance, accounting, economics and other related majors with colleague education or above, with accounting certificates;
2, a good basic knowledge of accounting and a certain level of English proficiency, accounting experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with cash management and bank settlement, financial software operation;
4. Good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, strong communication, understanding and analysis skills;
5. Have the ability to work and study independently, and work carefully and carefully;

6. Proficiency in using computer skill.
