Job Description
Job Summary
All roles relate to Hong Kong and Macau businesses:
Bookkeeping including:
- Bank transactions and preparing weekly bank reconciliations
- Posting purchase invoices and preparing bank payments
Month end accounting including:
- Month end journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- P&L variance analysis
- Management accounts preparation
Payroll including:
- Assisting with payroll preparation and payments
Business partnering including:
- Work with business managers to generate monthly sales invoices
Other ad hoc duties as requested
Job Objectives
Skills Required
- Degree holder in Accounting or similar disciplines
- 1 year or above of related work experience
- Proficient in Excel - Pivot Table will be an advantage
- Bookkeeping experience is preferred
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Work or study experience in English speaking environment will be an advantage
