Job Description

Job Summary

All roles relate to Hong Kong and Macau businesses:

Bookkeeping including:

  • Bank transactions and preparing weekly bank reconciliations
  • Posting purchase invoices and preparing bank payments

Month end accounting including:

  • Month end journals
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • P&L variance analysis
  • Management accounts preparation

Payroll including:

  • Assisting with payroll preparation and payments

Business partnering including:

  • Work with business managers to generate monthly sales invoices

Other ad hoc duties as requested

Job Objectives

Skills Required

  • Degree holder in Accounting or similar disciplines
  • 1 year or above of related work experience
  • Proficient in Excel - Pivot Table will be an advantage
  • Bookkeeping experience is preferred
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Work or study experience in English speaking environment will be an advantage
