Responsibilities:

•   Daily accounting works and
•   Reconcile daily construction projects documents and keep track of  accounts receivable and payable transactions
•   Prepare financial statements and monthly reports
•   Review and verify staff claims
•   Assist with crosschecks and month end closing

Job Requirements:

•   Preferred diploma in Accounting or equivalent
•   1 year accounting experience
•   Fluent in both Chinese and English writing and reading
•   Able to work independently and be responsible; Attention to details and accuracy and able to meet deadlines
•   Good computer knowledge in using MS Excel, Word and outlook
•   Immediate availability will be a great advantage

•   一般會計及文件工作;
•   處理日常建築工程文件及追蹤應付及應收賬入數
•   整理帳目及報表;
•   處理員工出糧及日常報銷;
•   協助月結及對數工作

資歷：

•   會計高級文憑或相關學歷;
•   一年或以上經驗;
•   良好中英文閱讀及書寫
•   能獨立處事，盡責有交代，細心準確，能準時完成工作
•   懂MS Word; 懂MS Outlook; 懂MS Excel;
•   盡快上班及具有相關經驗優先
