Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical duties
  • To coordinate any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned
  • Keep financial records updated
  • Process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts

 

Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Well organized, strong sense of responsibility, efficient and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Good command of English, Chinese
  • Well-versed in MS Office application
  • Immediate available preferred
