Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical duties
- To coordinate any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned
- Keep financial records updated
- Process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Well organized, strong sense of responsibility, efficient and able to handle multi-tasks
- Good command of English, Chinese
- Well-versed in MS Office application
- Immediate available preferred
