Job Description

Universal Music Publishing is in search of an Accounting Clerk (3 months contract/ extendable) to be based in Hong Kong.
About the role:
- Prepare accounting journal entries
- Journals input in A/P, A/R and G/L
- Responsible for raising invoices
- Maintain cheque registration and prepare bank pay-in slips for cheque payment
- Assist in A/R collection
- Assist in royalty payment process
Desirable Traits:
- Experience with data entry work
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Great with excel
- Have experience dealing with invoices/journal in Chinese & English
