Our staff are at the heart of the company, and we value teamwork, integrity and positive energy. This Accounting Clerk position provides support to the core operations of the company. The accounting clerk will have many duties and a great candidate will be able to juggle all of those and maintain consistent and professional work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of daily banking transactions including posting customer payments and refunds.
- Provide data entry of vendor bills, credit card receipts, payroll time sheets, and more.
- Reconciliation of vendor statements and working with them on bill variances and credits.
- General customer relations related to open balances and accepting payments.
Attributes required are speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
You would be responsible for regular data entry into online systems, Microsoft Excel and various other computer programs.
Position Requirements are at least 1 year of accounting related experience and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Candidate must have a strict attention to detail and strive to output quality and accurate work.
