Job Description

Job Description: 

  1. Daily accounting operation, including data entry, documents filing, prepare cheques and invoices, as well as vouchers preparation and records keeping.
  2. Handling of internet banking, maintaining database and to ensure records are complete and current.
  3. Handle petty cash, statutory fees, and utility services bills, etc.
  4. Interacting with sub-contractor, subsidiaries, client, and respond to requests.
  5. Assist in processing accounting to ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards
  6. Prepare variety of reports, statements and balance sheets.
  7. Assist in handling month-end closing and preparation for annual/interim audit.

 

Requirement:

  1. Diploma / High Dip in Accounting
  2. LCCI Level 2
  3. 2 years relevant experience
