Responsibilities

• Assist general duties for A/R including coordinating with clients and sales departments, invoicing to the clients, etc.
• Assist general duties for A/P including coordinating with vendors, inputting supplier’s invoices, issuing cheques and applying payments, etc.
• Assist in collecting payments from clients
• Handle the reconciliation and accruals at the month end
• Prepare proper documentation and filing of contracts and invoices
• Assist in ad hoc analysis/ project if necessary

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in accounting with some relevant experience, accounting student will be considered
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in PC operations, in particular Excel
• Good communication skills and strong analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, mature, be able to work independently and keen sense of responsibility
• Knowledge in Accpac will be an advantage
• Immediate available is preferable
