? Mail: Sorts & distributes all incoming mail; logging checks, invoices from lock boxes.
? Accounts Payable: Carries out accounts payable invoice and payment processing tasks including reviewing invoices input into system and resolving invoice problems. May initiate problem invoices as needed.
? Accounts Receivables: Carries out accounts receivable processing tasks. Analyzes information to resolve any issues.
? General Accounting: Performs general accounting functions including input data into GL, Cognos, etc.
? Miscellaneous: May develop and provides reports and reconciliations as required. May initiate daily wire transfers.
? Problem Resolution: Resolves issues, complaints, concerns by dealing with internal departments or external customers and vendors.
? Other responsibilities as assigned or required.

Requirement:
Experience in a general accounting, AP/AR, or finance role preferred.
Good math aptitude, skilled in details, and proficiency in communications necessary.
