General Requirement
We are looking for highly self-motivated accounting professionals with high ethical standard and intensive control experience. Candidate who has experience running shared service function and passionate about process improvement. A leader with business acumen. A caring manager, enjoying coaching and growing team and talents. This role will report into Southeast Asia and Taiwan Finance Lead.
Role and Responsibilities
- Leading a team of 40, cross AP, AR, GL functions.
- Fully responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
- Preparing and presenting monthly financial packages; including in-depth analysis
- Coordinate all external tax & audit projects. Responsible for full compliance to local and corporate GAAP
- In charge of monthly balance sheet and accounting dashboard review process
- Owns working capital KPIs, actively drive working capital performance through working cross functions together with commercial and procurement functions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to next tier leaders and junior team members
- Continuously looking for process improvements opportunities, Lead the team embracing finance digital transformation. Implement finance automation projects.
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive Accounting experience in high intensity MNCs or big 4 audit firms.
- Ability to problem-solve efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information to different stakeholders
