Accounting Executive in the Institute for Advanced Dentistry Multi-Specialty Clinic of the Faculty of Dentistry (Ref.: 498566) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE, OR min. level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 5 years’ work experience, preferably in accounting; a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and proficiency in PC and software applications such as MS Excel and Word. They should also be well-organised, self-motivated, highly numerate, attentive to details, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Strong accounting knowledge would be an advantage.

The appointee will assist in a variety of finance and administrative matters, including handling of income and expenditure, maintaining database for finance records, reconciling account balances, budgetary control matters, handling of petty cash and general clerical duties.
