Job Description

Jobs Description:

  • Supervise daily accounting operation
  •  Develop and implement HR strategies and supervise HR issues with HR & Admin officer 
  • Follow up all outstanding and overdue account receivables (AR)
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare monthly financial reports and management accounting reports
  • Coordinate with banks for funding arrangements
  • Prepare for month-end closing and handle year-end audit
  • Liaise with other departments, mainland head office, bankers and external auditor, etc
  • Perform cash management and handle payment & recepit transaction
  • Advising and assisting with the preparation of company business plans, specifically in regard to forecasts, budgets, financial management, cost control and business risk
  • Experience with China WFOE accounting, tax and HR issues a plus
  • Perform cash management and handle payment  & receipt transaction 
  • Supervise a team of 4 staffs
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements :   

  • Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines
  • Member of HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years' accounting experience in financial services industry, preferred with experience in Futures and Securities
  • Stong analytical skills and business acumen
  • A good team player, able to work independently and willing to take initiatives 
  • Good communication, both written & spoken in English & Chinese including Mandarin
  • Immediately Avaliable preferred
