Job Description

Job description and responsibilities:

  • Handle daily payment operation including issuing of cheques
  • Provide general administrative work in daily operation including ordering stationery, arranging office assistant for outdoor work, etc.
  • Performing HR duties including preparing monthly payroll and MPF calculation, drafting employment letters and calculation of Annual Leave for HK and Macau staffs
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments

 

Job Requirements:

  • Independent, helpful, responsible, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded, eager to learn.
  • LCCI Level 2 / Diploma or above
  • With 3-5 years working experience in accounting and HR field is a plus
  • Good manner and communication skills.
  • Good PC skill,e.g. MS Word, MS Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
