Job Description
Job description and responsibilities:
- Handle daily payment operation including issuing of cheques
- Provide general administrative work in daily operation including ordering stationery, arranging office assistant for outdoor work, etc.
- Performing HR duties including preparing monthly payroll and MPF calculation, drafting employment letters and calculation of Annual Leave for HK and Macau staffs
- Assist in ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
- Independent, helpful, responsible, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded, eager to learn.
- LCCI Level 2 / Diploma or above
- With 3-5 years working experience in accounting and HR field is a plus
- Good manner and communication skills.
- Good PC skill,e.g. MS Word, MS Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
