Our client is a listed company, they are looking for a candidate with following talents to join their company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full set of accounting including month end closing, consolidation, financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow management;
• Supervise the accounting team to support corporate finance duties to the group. Liaise with auditor or stakeholder…etc.
• Manage and enhance internal control system, work flow, and procedure in compliance with listing regulations or corporate finance standard.
• Assist in financial analysis and improving financial operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines Certified ACCA / CPA with at least 5 years’ relevant accounting experience.
• Solid experience in manage full set of accounting operations and SFC requirements for listing company.
• Hands-on accounting experience to handle oversea subsidiary companies especially in PRC. Audit experience in PRC is a plus.
• Excellent organizational & management skills, a self-starter, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines;
• Strong PC technical skills, especially Microsoft Office Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin (Native Mandarin speaker is an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
