Responsibilities

• Perform consolidation works for the group accounts
• Liaise with external auditors for the annual audit in the preparation of audited financial statements and tax reporting
• Monitor the accounting functions of certain subsidiaries
• Perform internal control review
• Formulate and review the accounting policies, procedures and tax-related matters
• Prepare management reports and analysis for management of the group

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance or related disciplines with qualified Accountant of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience with audit experience a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, proactive with positive and hands-on attitude, able to meet a tight timeline in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is highly preferred
