• Perform data input, voucher preparation and documents filing
• Verify documentation and requesting disbursements
• Responsible for full set of books independently
• Prepare month-end closing, reconciliations, schedules and management reports
• Manage Petty Cash
• Monitor treasury activity, manage the company's cash flow, and update management on available fund
• Prepare payroll
• Administering MPF
• Prepare payments
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Verify inventory on hand with CRM and MYOB records
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Maintain filing system
• Compile reports and furnish information to regulatory authorities, e.g. HKSAR
• Liaise with external auditors for audit and taxation issues
• Organise stock take
• Liaise with bank institutions
• Review and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Min 5 years of experience working in accounting management;
• Preferably worked in a fast paced sales environment;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Possess team spirit with the ability to work independently using your own initiative;
• Experience in leading teams/others;
• Ability to oversee delivery to ensure multiple (sometimes competing) deadlines are comfortably met;
• High level of IT literacy with strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word;
• Knowledge of MYOB system would be a distinct advantage;
• Qualified Accountant is an advantage (e.g. HKICPA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CIMA/ACA).
